Our Senior Chef Min Min has been cooking nourishing and inspiring Thai dishes—and then some–for almost 3 decades! He knows well enough that the right sort of dishes can help us to be healthy. Equally important, he feels that the right dishes are also capable of altering our moods, that they can be crucial sources of optimism, generosity, inspiration, and comfort. What’s better than a really comforting and healthy food?

The creed we operate by at the all new Mellow Thai and Mo:Mo King is really quite simple… “Gan gin gan yu.” In English, it translates to as you eat, so you are and that’s what we start off with in all of our dishes. When we boil Thai food down to its very essence, it’s all but embodied balance and harmony with that in mind—heart and soul included—we intend to bring you to a state of appreciation on these very glorious things with our authentic Thai dishes.
